President/Founder

Robert Regan is the President and founder of Level Up Scholarship Foundation. 

He grew up in Long Beach raised by his grandmother and aunt. His inspiration for this foundation came from what he witnessed in his early adolescence year. 

Robert served in the U.S. Navy for four years as Military Police Officer and was deployed to Iraq in 2003 for 7 months. Robert was Honorably Discharged, and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Robert  continued his education at California State University of Long Beach, earning a Masters degree in Public Administration and Policy. 

Robert has a great vision for this foundation. 

Starting the 501(c)(3) was a priority of mine. Utilizing the many resources while growing up in Long Beach, CA helped cultivate who I am today. It was necessary to give back in a communal effort. I hope others are able to pledge their gratitude by donations or volunteer their services with the foundation.
