Qualifications:
If you would like to receive an application, please contact the Level Up Scholarship Foundation by submitting your information below. Mandatory requirements include the following:
- Application Form
- Community Service/Volunteer Activities Sheet
- Essay (500 words) addressing a question from item #10
- School Report Card (copy)
- One (1) Letter of Recommendation from a teacher/school administrator
*GPA must be maintained up graduation
2024 Scholarship Season
The 2024 scholarship season will begin in the fall which application materials and instructions are due by April 1st, 2024.
April 1, 2024: Application (including report card) deadline
April 1, 2024: Deadline to receive teacher recommendation letters.
May 1, 2024: Notification letters mailed to applicants.
